Silicone is a durable and flexible alternative to Teflon cookware. Silicone-coated pans are commonly found in modern cooking and baking pans and utensils. It is considered safe and non-reactive, although there is little evidence to support this.
The main drawback is its low heat resistance; it should never be used at temperatures above 300°C.
Another drawback is that it is a little too flexible. If you're baking a square cake, you don't want the sides to be curved. Unfortunately, this often happens with silicone baking pans.
There is no silicone on the inside of the pan. This means that silicone baking pans are usually baking pans (because silicone cannot be exposed directly to the heat of the stove). For this reason, I have not included silicone cookware in my search for the best non-stick pan that does not contain Teflon.
Thermalon is a relatively new non-stick material made from "natural materials" that do not contain PTFE. Therefore, there is not much information about it, so I can't say for sure how safe it is.
What I like most is its high heat resistance (up to 450°C (840℉), which I think is more than enough for most oven uses.
It is the best non-stick baking material I have found. It is a promising alternative to Teflon and can replace PTFE.
Very water-repellent coating
Excellent ability to repel water, making it an excellent alternative to Teflon-free frying pans. It is non-stick and easy to clean.
Zinc oxide polystyrene, silica nanocoating, and carbon nanotube coatings are standard. The safety of these materials cannot be guaranteed.

So Teflon is a good choice for cooking. Non-stick frying pans are among the most used cooking pans in the world. But here's the thing. Cooking fish has so many health benefits. Do we want to compromise this in any way with harmful chemicals? I think it's probably good, but I'd like to use something else.
There are other options with non-stick cookware. This is where non-stick frying pans that don't have Teflon come in.
Why Do Eggs Stick To Non-stick Frying Pans?
Eggs will stick to non-stick frying pans if the frying pan has not been preheated sufficiently and is too cold. Or the frying pan is too hot and the eggs have stuck to the surface. You can check if the frying pan is at the right temperature by using a water drop test on medium heat.
Drop a few drops of water into the frying pan, and if the drops of water dance around, the pan is hot. Once the water drops have fallen, add the oil (if necessary) and then the food.
Will Olive Oil Ruin Non-stick Frying Pans?
No. The pan should not be used for frying. Olive oil will not spoil non-stick pans, and the same applies to any cooking oil. The problem is that cooking olive oil at temperatures above its smoke point is problematic. If it overheats, the oil will spoil and leave a sticky mess on the non-stick pan.
To prevent this, cook at a low or medium temperature or use oils with a high smoke point, such as vegetable or avocado oil.
When Should Non-stick Pans Be Thrown Away?
